The work was published by the Ministry of Interior, the Romanian Automobile Club, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the State Insurance Administration. The texts were written by Pavel Lică and the graphics were done by Laurențiu Sîrbu. The work was distributed directly to kindergartens, it was not for sale.
