Cele două piese se atașau de câte o coadă de lemn care se introducea în orificiul obținut prin perforare. Erau utilizate în gospodărie, dar puteau fi întrebuințate și ca arme. Se încadrează tipologic în inventarul clasic al epocilor respective.
