The obverse of the plaque, made by engravers Ion Jalea, Ludovic Basarab and Huguenin from Le Locle, Switzerland, depicts in the middle a symbolic representation of Electrica Company, next to the equipment used in the factories and under the inscription "Electrica", while its reverse includes the coat of arms of the company and the phrase "On behalf of the Romanian anonymous company / Electrica / on the occasion of the completion of 30 years of operation / 1898 - 1928".
