Victory Day
Description
He will hold his first solo exhibition in 1969 in Ploiești, where he made his debut two years earlier, also standing out in collective exhibitions and biennials in Bucharest. He will be distinguished by an expressive-lyrical painting, persistently striving for a rigorous construction of forms, which can be observed in still lifes or landscapes, genres frequently present in his work. He will also dedicate himself to social-themed compositions, which we note in his repertoire around the 1970s. (G.M.)
