Description
One patent includes the promotion of Colonel Constantin Boerescu to the rank of brigadier general, on May 27, 1906, it is personally signed by King Carol I and countersigned by General Gheorghe Manu, Secretary of State at the Department of War. The second patent refers to the promotion of the reserve brigadier general Constantin Boerescu to the rank of reserve division general, on December 28, 1913, it is personally signed by King Carol I and countersigned by General Constantin Hârjeu, Secretary of State at the Department of War. Both patents include the dry seal with the coat of arms of the Kingdom of Romania.
